Evidence-based support without internet noise.
Low appetite, changing tolerance and imperfect meals included.
Participate live or catch up on your schedule.
Your medication changed your appetite. It didn’t teach you what to eat.
The roadmap that should have come with your prescription
“Eat more protein” is not a plan. Neither are rigid food rules, random social-media advice or a meal plan that falls apart the first time you travel, eat out or have a difficult symptom day.
Nothing sounds good
You know you should eat, but your appetite and food tolerance keep changing.
Advice conflicts
Protein targets, calorie rules and “perfect” meals leave you more confused than confident.
Real life intervenes
Restaurants, travel, busy days and family meals rarely match a prescribed meal plan.
Finish with decisions you can actually make
Your 21-day outcome
The goal is not a perfect plate. It is knowing how to make the meal in front of you work a little better for your appetite, body and life.
A flexible decision tool for the meal you actually have
A preview of the PLATE Method
Instead of following a rigid checklist, you will practice a repeatable way to notice what your body needs, work with what is available and make one useful adjustment.
Start where you are
Look at your appetite, medication timing, symptoms and food tolerance.
Use the meal you have
Home, restaurant, airport or convenience food. Perfection is not required.
Make one adjustment
Choose the most useful next step for satisfaction, tolerance and nutrition.
Learn and repeat
Build confidence from experience instead of depending on someone else’s menu.
